POLICIES
I accept deposit for all shoots which is half your shoot price to confirm your booking. the rest must be paid on shoot day then you will recieve the photos in the next 7 days. if you want me to edit faster so a turnover time of 3 days then it will be an extra £10.
if you fail to pay the rest of the deposit on shoot day then i will pause editing until remaining balance has been sent which will make the turnover time alot longer.
unexpected shoots
if you book me to take photos of you alone and on the shoot date im taking photos of a group of people an extra £10 will be added as it was unexpected and not explained to me while booking.
STUDIO SHOOTS
My studio prices covers the studio we book for a photoshoot wether that be a content creation studio or a photography studio.
Promotion
As part of my standard practice, I reserve the right to use images / video from photoshoots for self-promotion on my social media platforms. i am happy to coordinate posting schedules with clients to ensure brand strategies are respected. If you prefer to restrict social media usage of your images, please discuss this with me prior to booking as i usally self promote right after shooting.
RAW FILES
I do not provide RAW image files to clients as standard practice for the following reasons:
File Size: RAW files are extremely large and impractical to transfer.
Expertise: Processing RAW files requires specialized software and expertise. You've hired ME not just to photograph but for MY artistic style and post-processing skills.
Workflow: MY editing process involves culling and processing hundreds of images. Providing RAW files would be counterproductive to this workflow.
Quality Control: I ensure the final edited images meet YOUR professional standards, which is part of the service you're paying for.
If RAW files are required for commercial purposes, this can be arranged for an additional fee. Please discuss this need with ME before booking so I can provide appropriate pricing and make necessary arrangements.
